I’ve been lucky…

I’ve worked with over 150 couples now, who’s weddings and elopements have brought me all around the world, from Italy to Spain and Nashville and California and coming up Costa Rica and Disney - and in each one of those weddings I learned one main thing above everything else -

It goes by fast, and I have to capture all of it - because these photos and videos aren’t meant to just last the day - they’re meant to last the rest of your lives. My goal is to capture so much that you will never have to try and remember a single detail.

My galleries are 600+ edits and I put the “+” because odds are there will be more than that. My goal is to capture enough that in 30 years you won’t have to question a single detail.

No two weddings are ever the same - as you look through my portfolio you’ll see some weddings at the same venues, at the same time of day - and the photos will be completely different - and that’s what’s supposed to happen - this day is uniquely yours and you should add every small detail that makes it feel like your own as much as you can. This is your day and your day only - the biggest party you’ll ever throw - treat it that way and you’ll never forget it.

I also learned that I don’t have to arrive at the airport 4 hours before my flight but I still probably will…

Each package has a base, that means the minimum that I know I can capture that day - but I'm not above going above and beyond for you - you only get one day - so the way I see it - if I would want it - you'll get it too.

Destinations and destination elopements are 3 days for a reason - so we can get absolutely everything.

Generally, I do these weddings by myself or with an assistant however; added vendors are an option.

We’ll travel together for 3 days - including the big day itself - I’ll record your speeches and vows on a tripod camera, while still capturing your photos, and we’ll get everything in between to make it a movie.

Packages that include video come with an added vendor (videographer). All added vendors to Mike TD Photo have passed a trial period and are known and trusted vendors.

All pricing is fully transparent - there are no added on surprises to come later and add on’s are available.

For the sake of transparency, here’s what you’re investing in when you add on.

#1. Secondary Vendors - Added in Package

I will only bring vendors that I know, I’ve worked with regularly and that I trust to your wedding, I’ve heard and seen too many horror stories to entrust anyone other than the artists that I trust to work at the same quality standard that I do. A first videographer is included with a photo/video package every time, this cost covers what I pay them and what the extra storage will cost.

#2. Photo / Video Albums & Books:

Professional print galleries and video books help your day last forever in a convenient location that is easy to display for everyone who may want to see them. I use only top graded products to ensure the best print quality of your photos and best quality of your 4K wedding video.

#3: Photo and Video Booths:

NEW IN 2027

Highly recommend. Especially for when the party gets going and the drinks get flowing. I bring another vendor to the party to run the booths - so there’s always someone there to really catch the whole show.

VIDEO BOOTH: your videos will arrive alongside your wedding video - with interview style videos from all of your friends and family.

There’s going to be a lot to see here.

And you’ll see the word ‘we’ a lot here - that’s because as soon as we join together - we’re a team - you, your partner and I. This is a collaborative effort between all of us to make sure that you get everything that you’re after.

Once we book, you’ll have open consultations through email - any idea, thought or inspiration that comes to your mind you can send directly to me.

We’re not in the business of missing your memories - and the reason all the full wedding packages are all day is for that reason. I take on anywhere from 25-30 weddings a year and run them all day - here’s why:

This is going to be the most memorable (and arguably most expensive) party of your life, it’s a huge investment and it’s going to be one of the most memorable days of your life. I want to make sure that you have all of it, not just for today or for tomorrow or for Instagram, but for 30 years down the road when you’re sitting back on your anniversary and you’re poking back through the memories.

You’ll see a lot on here - from different styles to pricing break downs, wedding advice, packages and more - be sure to soak it all in - because even if it isn’t me who you go with, choosing your wedding photographer is a big deal, that’s who you’ll spend the most time with that day, that’s who will be capturing all your memories and that’s who will be your point of contact though it all, you want to make sure that you choose someone that you get along with, you like their work and someone who is going to work with you to make it all exactly what you imagined.

What is the booking process like?

Well, if you like what you see here you can reach out to me on the ‘Get In Touch’ tab to see if your date is available! If so, we schedule a consultation which can be in person or VIA Skype. We get together (or meet virtually) and talk about your vision and what you would like to do with your wedding. On that call, we go over a questionnaire which will line out some of the finer details of the day (don’t worry if you don’t have them all yet there’s still another consultation that we will do the weeks leading up to your wedding to make sure everything is set in stone and in place). From there if we think we’re a good match, I send out a contract and a 2 part invoice, when that contract is signed part one of that invoice is paid at 10% and from there we start to plan out your engagement shoot, your vision for styles that you would like for your photography and whatever other details you would like to have down! The rest of the invoice isn’t due until 2 weeks before the wedding!

I don’t just shoot the photos that you hang on the wall.

I shoot everything.

I don’t shoot your wedding for just the weeks or months after your wedding, I shoot for 20 years down the road.

The Get Ready. The moments with your friends, where everyone (don’t worry it’s not just you) is in chaos to get ready and get dressed and make sure everything is ready to go. You’re laughing, getting your hair and make up done and hanging out with your family and friends. These are all mainly candids, with several posed photos.
The Finer Details. You work hard on designing your wedding, I work hard to make sure we get great shots of all those designs. Every wedding is different, and you want to showcase the originality of yours. That’s what I’m here for. The place set ups, invitations, cake toppers, every small fine detail - I’m here to capture it.
The Pre-Show. All those photos where everyone is waiting eagerly for the day to begin. Where the guests find their seats and get together.
The Show. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The walks down the aisle, the sweet, beautiful and often hysterical vows, the kiss, the moment you lock in your love forever.
The Posed Shots. Those photos that you have where everyone is smiling and laughing in an orderly row.
The Dinner, Speeches and Reception. Those photos you have where everyone is absolutely NOT in an orderly row. The one’s where everyone is actually the exact opposite in a row. The one’s where your friends are ready to dance and party. And I’m here to join them.
The Guests. I know, I know. It’s your day and while you and your soon-to-be are absolutely a prime focus - it’s fun to have some photos of the friends and family that came to party with you - and should your friends stop and ask me for a photo - I’m happy to take it.
The Engagement Shoot - Every wedding booking comes with a free engagement shoot!

THE RETURN TIME - all weddings come with a 6 week return time for both photo and video on contract. Some may come sooner!

Every gallery for a wedding is guaranteed with 500 minimum edits, but that doesn’t mean you won’t get more than that. My motto is that I don’t waste good shots. If we have more than 500 good shots, you get more than 500. Almost all of my galleries are more candid than posed, natural moments, I like those moments where people aren’t focused on the fact that there is a camera there and are just naturally having the time of their lives.

So, this is where we meet!

An engagement session is included in every wedding photo package!
When your edits are done you’ll receive an online gallery where you can download and print any of the photos that you would like - as far as how many you’ll get - the minimum is 60 - but you’ll likely get much more than that!
All engagement sessions are returned within 10 days - so you have plenty of time to plan out the Save-The-Dates!
Well, this is where we meet - we get to know eachother. We shoot for an hour together - you bring you the champagne, the love and the excitement and we work together to capture it!
Well, then we shoot something somewhere else! Choose a new location, bring the pets and the kids or bring some inspiration! We can try something new together!
These are your engagement photos. We shoot where you want to shoot! Choose your favorite location, I’ll meet you there!
Well, for destination weddings there are a few options!
We can sneak off on location, after all destinations are three days long and filled with opportunities to shoot everywhere. We can also meet before or after if you’re in the New England area for a session!
